Call Centre Training:

There is a present and growing need in India for employees with fair communication skills in English or regional language along with computer knowledge to support the growing service sectors. RPF offers Call Centre training which upskill youth who are already trained in basic computer skills and with knowledge of basic English, which will help them into employment and well paid jobs in the booming Call centre Industry.

RPF started with poor college drop out youth with basic English language understanding in low economic localities of Delhi to provide free Call Centre training. Training is provided to sharpen their English language skills with reading, English cartoons which has easy understandable English as well as educational videos, their interpretation and lots of other activities to help them to gain confidence in the language. Additionally soft skills training on effective communication, telephone etiquettes, grooming are provided along with computer literacy, internet usage and typing lessons. The course duration is 6 months and RPF not only provides certification to successful learners but helps them in placement through its wide network of association with several Call Centres. RPF has placed more than 40 students in various Call Centres in Delhi NCR.
